Bo Diddley's Pretty Thing was one of the very first songs that I attempted to play with my schoolfriends back when I first picked up a guitar in 1963. I'm happy to finally record it, and delighted that I am able to use the same guitar I had then - a Rosetti "Foreign" model archtop, now fitted with an Elmore James type De Armond Rhythm Chief pickup.

Many years later we got to play on a festival with Mr McDaniel - a great night. Still rocking hard into his old age.

Cover photo is a random shot from a gig back in the 80s, at, I think, the Atlantis Club in Basel, Switzerland. Good times - looks like I was having fun.

This track will be included on the forthcoming "Mo'blues'n'boogie Vol. 3" EP and then on a compilation album later in the year. I'll continue to release tracks as I record them - I hope you enjoy the music and thanks for checking out the website.
