Mick Clarke No Compromise Mick writes.. Still one of my favourite albums, No Compromise was recorded at a time when everything lined up just right. A full time working band with great musicians, honing the material on tour and then coming in to record. A great studio, Elephant, and a great engineer who I had worked with a few times already, learning all the time. The record did well, was lodged on the Virgin Radio playlist for six weeks and featured on all the current BBC Radio rock shows of the time.
