How Many Times
featuring Mick Clarke, Chris Sharley, Eddie Masters

How many times
How many times in an average day
Must you keep pitchin' me bad situations
Causing all trouble man I'm funny that way

How many times
How many lines are you tryin' to play
Hoping least some of them comin' up winning
Mmm maybe some of them gonna pay

How many times
How many times 'fore I have to say
Don't bother me I got big fish fryin'
Take all your trouble man you can throw them away

How many times
How many times in an average day
Must you keep pitchin' me bad situations
Causing all trouble man I'm funny that way

Solid Ground
featuring Mick Clarke, Chris Sharley, Eddie Masters, Dave Lennox

Well here we are, on a cold black night
North wind blowin' - we all wrapped up tight
I'm talking to you as the world goes round
well baby - down here on Solid Ground

Now there's frost on the side roads, and snow out on the field
World keep on turning - it's just the same old deal
Life goes on - stuff goes down, but baby
We got our feet on Solid Ground

Now you think you're climbing way up to the stars
Travellin' the world you havin' a time and sittin' up at hotel bars
Entertainin' the world with all your fascinatin' repartee
I have to tell you it don't mean - nothin' to me well...

Oh here we are, on another starry night
Cold to the bone - ah but it's alright
Life goes on - deals go down but baby
We down here on Solid Ground

Strange
featuring Mick Clarke, Chris Sharley, Eddie Masters

Strange feeling trying to hurt someone you love
Strange feeling trying to hurt someone you love
Pull down all the pain and the wrath from the gods above

Strange dealing in trouble and hurt, fightin' in the dust, down in the dirt
Strange feeling trying to hurt someone you love
Pull down all the pain and the wrath from the gods above

Strange feeling when you're messin' with the power of love
Strange feeling when you're messin' with the power of love
Fightin' with each other tryin' to get one step above

Well it's Strange
Strange
Strange kind of scene when you're tryin' to hurt the one you love

Whassat!
featuring Mick Clarke, Chris Sharley, Eddie Masters, Dave Lennox

Graveyard Shift
featuring Mick Clarke, Chris Sharley, Eddie Masters

I got home this morning about half past five
Looking like a man more dead than alive
I been all night working
Yeah the whole night working
Baby I been working
Been all night working on the Graveyard Shift

Now my friend can't help you - he's his father's son
And if they don't pay no overtime he don't do none
So I've been out working
Yeah the whole night working
Yeah I been working
Been all night working on the Graveyard Shift

And that man there - he like to talk a lot
Bout what he's gonna do but he don't do squat
But I've been out there working
Yeah the whole night working
Yeah I been working
Been all night working on the Graveyard Shift

I came home this morning - well I came creeping in
Looking like a man all drenched in sin
Cos I've been out working
Yeah the whole night working
Baby I been working
Been all night working on the Graveyard Shift

Tatouine
featuring Mick Clarke, Chris Sharley, Eddie Masters, Dave Lennox

So Cool
featuring Mick Clarke, Chris Sharley, Eddie Masters, Dangerous Dave Newman

So Cool, I can't stand it
I ain't lyin' - it's too much for me
Like I'm holdin' back a river - running down to the sea

Well I don't mean to overstate it baby, but you know I've got my pride
You put your point of view so well, I kept my feelings down inside
Now if we can just stay cool tonight
We can hold this thing together - alright
So Cool, I can't stand it
I ain't lyin' - it's too much for me
It's like I'm holdin' back a river - running down to the sea

Well I don't mean to overstate it baby, but you know I've got my pride
You put your point of view so well, I kept my feelings down inside
Now if we can just stay cool tonight
We can hold this thing together - alright
So Cool, I can't stand it
I ain't lyin' - it's too much for me
Like I'm holdin' back a river - running down to the sea

Let me tell you when the heat is on
Just stay cool baby you can't go wrong
So Cool, I can't stand it
I ain't lyin' - it's too much for me
Like I'm holdin' back a river - running down to the sea

Jesus and the Devil
featuring Mick Clarke, Chris Sharley, Eddie Masters, Bill Thorndycraft

I went down so deep now - I could not even see
Oh well I went down so deep now - I could not even see
But I heard Jesus and the Devil talking
Yeah and they were talking about me

Oh well - did not believe did not believe - but I prayed that night
Oh well - did not believe did not believe I can tell you - no but I prayed that night
Cos I'm speaking with the Devil right here
Ooh baby hold me tight

Next night same thing again - man I was cryin' til the break of day
Oh well - Same thing again next night - I was cryin' til the break of day
Well I had Jesus and the Devil in me
Lord won't you please help me

Haphazard Man
featuring Mick Clarke, Chris Sharley, Eddie Masters, Dave Lennox

Haphazard Man - how much do you remember
Of all the many things you meant to do?
Haphazard Man - where does the morning find you
What are the options that are left to you?
And now the daylight comes the dawn will bring
Another day of planned miscalculations
Haphazard Man - still not sure where you're going
Toss a penny - should you take the blame?
No matter which way up your coin will land She loves you just the same

Forget that plan you made it's only paper
It only leaves you feeling more confused
Haphazard Man - the city lights are waking
Pick yourself up and start another day
Cos it won't matter if you win or lose
She loves you anyway

And now the daylight comes the dawn will bring
Another day of planned miscalculations
Haphazard Man - still not sure where you're going
Toss a penny - should you take the blame?
No matter which way up your coin will land
She loves you just the same

Poltergeist
featuring Mick Clarke, Chris Sharley, Eddie Masters, Dave Lennox

Tell me who - got you all spooked out last night
Now tell me who - got you all spooked out last night
You got me creepin' round the house
Acting like a Poltergeist

Yeah tell me how - how d'you do all them tricks on me
Now tell me how - how d'you do all them tricks on me
You got me creepin' round the house
Acting so conspicuously

Now tell me who - got you all spooked out last night
Now tell me who - got you all spooked out last night
You got me creepin' round the house
Acting like a Poltergeist

You got me creepin' round the house
Acting like a Poltergeist

Fightin' Blues
featuring Mick Clarke, Chris Sharley, Eddie Masters

Well I'm living up on the hill
Got them fightin' blues again
Yeah I'm living up on the hill
Got them fightin' blues again
Well I'm out here on the border of the gateway to the south
Deep in the heart of town and I ain't never gettin' out
But I'm living up on the hill
Got them Fightin' Blues again

Now I got one foot in the gutter
Yeah but I'm looking at the stars
Well my head's full of rock'n'roll, boogie blues and second hand guitars
Now when you're down at the bottom
there's nowhere left to go
So I'm heading up the road cos it's the
Only place I know
I'm living up on the hill
Got them Fightin' Blues again

Well now roll on down the hill
But keep your foot down on the floor
Don't slow down on the corners
Keep the lock down on your door
Now the people round here trying to keep their
Doorstep clean
They watch out for the neighbours and see where the old folk been
But I'm living up on the hill
Got them Fightin' Blues again
